Give your mug a second life.

Every mug we make is printed to order, for one person. If yours turned out not to be right, there is no shelf to put it back on — so the usual choice is a cupboard or the bin.

Here is a third one. Take it to a charity shop, show us you did, and we will send some or all of your money back.

Take a photo of the mug at the shop. If they give you a receipt, keep it — it is worth more.

It takes a couple of minutes. You will need your order reference and a photo of the mug at the charity shop.

Charity shop receipt unlocks 100% A photo or a PDF, if they gave you one. Link to your post unlocks 75% Post it publicly and tag @wedomugs in it, then paste the link here. Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X, Bluesky, Threads or YouTube — we have to be able to open it without logging in. You can share my photo on WeDoMugs social accounts.

Check and send

One claim per order. We may ask for a bit more if something is unclear, and we can turn a claim down if the photo does not show the mug you ordered. Refunds go back to the card you paid with and usually take a few working days to appear. We will only share your photo if you tick the box above.
