Royal Mail: Absence Levels and Delays

As the lockdown continues to press on, we understand that due to severe absence levels at some mail centres which is causing backlogs of parcels, Tracked 48 & 24 services are experiencing delays of up to 10 days in some extreme cases.

It is worth noting that most deliveries are being made within standard timeframes and only a small fraction will be delayed, and we know Royal Mail staff are working very hard to stay on top of it.

If you experience any issues with your order being delivered, especially if the tracking shows that it hasn't moved from the MC (Mail Centre) to a local DO (Delivery Office) within ten days, then please let us know at help@wedomugs.com

Office and Warehouse Operations

As with most other businesses, we have adjusted our working processes and procedures to minimise the spread of the new coronavirus by remote working and running minimal skeleton staff shifts were possible.

Our office is closed but staff are working remotely, so you may experience delays to customer service requests. However, we are trying to keep delays to a minimum where possible, so please bear with us.

Our warehouse and production are operational with a very, very minimal skeleton staff plan in place, and we are continuing to dispatch orders as usual.

Thank you for your continued understanding.
